Sometimes a client may not be happy with our service and we would encourage you to speak to someone at Sandyford about this.   All your concerns are taken seriously and we can provide you with feedback if requested.   

If you would like to tell us more about your visit today, please speak to a member of staff while you are still at the service, or email us or write to us with your comments. Please mark your comments to the community engagement team so they are sent to the correct department.

If, however, you wish to make a formal complaint, you can do so in writing.
