DFSRH - (Diploma of Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare)

The new FSRH Diploma is launching in Spring 2020.   The Diploma review project has been led by healthcare professionals and has involved feedback from Faculty Registered Trainers and learners. 

The FSRH Diploma will be accompanied by a new online learning management system that will hopefully make things easier.

The current e-portfolio closes on 31 March 2021. It is recommend that you download documents from the profile menu in plenty of time before the closing date.

Candidates are encouraged to complete the current diploma in good time before 31 March 2021.

Course of 5 -  2019

Thursday 25th April 2019  (9.00 - 4.30 pm)

This Diploma comprises of:

  • Fulfilment of entry criteria as stated by FSRH
  • Online knowledge assessment (e-KA)
  • Completion of Course of 5 assessments
  • Completion of clinical experience and assessments
  • Detailed information regarding all aspects of the DFSRH including training requirements and eligibility is available on FSRH website.

Sandyford guidance notes on application

The FSRH Diploma is aimed at doctors (DFSRH) and nurses (NDFSRH) who are already working in general practice, community and integrated sexual health services.     

By testing their knowledge and assessing their skills, the Diploma demonstrates that they can provide safe and effective sexual and reproductive health care in community, primary and secondary care settings.


£300 for Course of 5 assessments.
£375 for five practical clinical assessments taken within Sandyford clinics at a later date with a Faculty Registered Trainer.
