Counselling ~
Sandyford recognises the importance of emotional and mental health, and provides a range of counselling services for women, men and young people which can be accessed by self-referral, via other services within Sandyford or through other services that you might access like a GP.

All our counselling services are completely free and confidential (unless you tell us something that makes us feel that you or someone else is in danger) and are provided by trained counsellors. Services are developing all the time, but these are the ones that we currently have available:
