We call it the G3 Priority Clinic.

 If English is not your first language, or if you have sight or hearing impairment, interpreters can be arranged to accompany you at your appointment.  Interpreters are trained in clinical communication and they are bound by the same patient confidentiality rules as all other healthcare workers.  If you need someone to interpret for you, please let the person who makes your appointment know when you phone.

Yes.  Anything you say at the clinic will be kept confidential, unless you are being referred to another service with your permission, or in very rare situations if the staff need to share information for your own protection.  What you tell our staff isn't going to shock or embarrass them, but you need to be honest so that they know how best to treat you and what they can do to help you.  We will hold an electronic record of your visit that is confidential to Sandyford services.  It will only be shared with your GP or other services if you give permission.
