  • Fulfilment of entry criteria as stated on FSRH
  • Online knowledge assessment (e-KA)
  • Completion of Course of 5 assessments
  • Completion of clinical experience and assessments
  • Detailed information regarding all aspects of the DFSRH including training requirements and eligibility is available on FSRH

Sandyford guidance notes on application

The FSRH Diploma is aimed at doctors (DFSRH) and nurses (NDFSRH) who are already working in general practice, community and integrated sexual health services.     

By testing their knowledge and assessing their skills, the Diploma demonstrates that they can provide safe and effective sexual and reproductive health care in community, primary and secondary care settings.


£300 for Course of 5 assessments.
£375 for five practical clinical assessments taken within Sandyford clinics at a later date with a Faculty Registered Trainer.
