As we bid farewell to 2017, we take a brief look at what our patients told us.
By mid December, we had a total of 92,180 attendances across all our clinics.
That works out at a whopping 1772 interactions a week.
We aim to continually improve our services; so feedback from our patients and visitors is very important to us.
By the end of September 2017, we received almost 1,000 comments.
997 to be exact.
Out of all the comments, 72% were favourable, 15 % neutral and 13% were negative.
This gives us plenty of room to improve in 2018, not to mention a few targets!
Of all their positive comments, two stood out.
Our patients told us that they felt at ease when using our services and that they found our staff were supportive.
One negative comment was mentioned often - waiting time for an appointment.
So we opened up specialist clinics on 11 Saturdays to catch up with our back log.
