Hate Crime Awareness Week

October 2018

Hate crime is any crime motivated by prejudice based on Race, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Disability or Transgender Identity

This year the Hate Crime Awareness Week campaign runs from Saturday 13th October to Saturday 20th October.

The aim is to

  • bring people together
  • stand with those affected by hate crime
  • remember those we have lost
  • support those who need our ongoing support.
