If you have used or are using our Gender Identity service, we would love to hear your views.
We are looking for around 12 people who have used our Gender Identity Service to take part in a small group discussion (focus group) about improving our service.
The focus group should last no longer than one and a half hours. We will provide refreshments and a sandwich lunch.
If you are interested,
1: you can give us your details HERE by Tuesday 24 October or
2: email your name & preferred contact details (phone or e mail) to firstname.lastname@example.org by Tuesday 24 October
Why are we doing this?
We are seeing increasing demand on our Gender Identity Service and realise that we need to respond to it and continue to provide a high standard of service. The focus group will be a chance to discuss a way forward with you. In particular we wish to discuss options around the drop in service.
As our Gender Identity service user, your views are very relevant and will help us to develop these options.
Please be reassured that participation is totally voluntary and does not affect our services to you. Also anything you say during the focus group will be kept strictly confidential, and we will not release any information that can be linked to you.
In the event we receive more that 12 expressions of interest, we will randomly choose up to 12 people to take part. This in no way reflects on you or our service to you.
