The Sexual Health Emergencies Booklet contains
advice about the possible consequences of unprotected sex, possible
pregnancy and the fact that women can get free emergency
contraception over the counter at every pharmacy.
There is also information about where to have a test for a
sexually transmitted infection (STI). Some STI have no symptoms and
you might not know if you or your partner have an STI, a full
screening is available at a local Sandyford hub.
The booklet also explains the role and includes the contact
number for Archway Glasgow, a 24 hour, seven
days a week sexual assault referral centre for anyone who has been
raped or sexually assaulted within the last seven days.
